Royal Waffle King — Restaurant in Chatsworth

First I would like to say that I have been dining here for 30 plus years since I was very young . I have visited this restaurant 1-3 times a week for years . The staff are friendly and great . Amanda the manager is awesome and really makes you feel welcome with her big smile . She has worked there for years since she was 14 . She is the face of the company for a lot of people in our community. We stop even when we are tired of eating the same old things just to have a laugh . Today it appears you have chosen to terminate our dear friend and loyal manager at the waffle king . As for me and many of my friends and family we will avoid doing business here as we only go here out of loyalty to the employees and the friendly service . We can eat the same old food anywhere in town . And probably for a much cheaper and reasonable price . So just know I’m one of many loyal patrons you will lose . I remember another time you guys terminated her unjustly and re hired her . I hope you realize this huge loss and mistake . If she isn’t performing it’s you the managements job to bring her up to your standrads, but not to terminate her based on poor leadership in which you and your superiors are responsible is very rash . What makes you a great leader is bringing people up and training them not criticizing and pushing them down . So I encourage the leadership there to re hire our friend , neighbor and loyal employee back to her job . Otherwise you will surely reap what you sow I’m sure of it . Ordered from Doordash from here. It was 7 pm. I had to call the restaurant to Place the order myself because their computer equipment wasn't working. No biggie.. NOT!! I placed order, she repeated it to me. So when the Dasher arrived with the food, on one of the containers it says "Sorry, out of Country Fried Steak😭" WHAT!!!!!! 1. Why didn't the worker tell the Dasher they were out of it and Call Me to see what else I wanted to order. 2.Why didn't the Dasher check the order?? Needless to say the Dasher got an Ear Full!! He was acting like "Oh well, who cares!! Let me go so I can get another order😡" OMG!! I PAYED $13 FOR NOTHING!! Let's just say Karma Got Doordash in the butt!! My bank noticed that Doordash had charged the order 2x and we had placed a early morning order from Dollar General.. they charged 2x for that!!! The Fraud dept. t my bank noticed it, called me at 8:05.AM next morning and told me about the situation!!! OMG!! My bank is paying Doordash a visit per phone call, They cancelled my card, sent me another card OVERNIGHT! ANYWAY Doordash had KARMA knocking on it's door!! REFUND!!
