I came on February 1st and items we were looking for were in stock. It is a large store and is clean.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the staff. There was only one lane open which shows it is under staffed. Then when I emptied my cart and moved it forward, the cashier refused to remove the two items she rang up and stated she couldn't use my cart since she started checking me out. Therefore I had to move my 2 and 3 year old to the new cart, and my bags.
I also purchased one plastic bag and put it with the discounted chickens. She put my chickens on top of my bread and simply threw all of my items in the cart tossing the avocados, bananas etc. She tossed the plastic bag to the bottom of the cart so I couldn't use it. Chicken blood was on the food and cart and items were crushed. I have been shopping at Aldi for years and know they do not bag groceries but they usually do use common sense. Read moreWent shopping here for a non profit I volunteer at. I was confronted by the manager for buying too much. I was told to put the groceries back. When I asked how I can buy in volume, I was crudely told by the manager of this store that I would have to order with her. She would not give me any contact details but I was told to come to the store, locate her and place my order three days ahead. She also smirkingly informed me that there also would be no guarantee to fill my order. Before leaving I heard the same store manager chewing on another elderly lady at the check out. Soooo unprofessional!
