ALDI — Local services in Chattanooga

I came on February 1st and items we were looking for were in stock. It is a large store and is clean.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the staff. There was only one lane open which shows it is under staffed. Then when I emptied my cart and moved it forward, the cashier refused to remove the two items she rang up and stated she couldn't use my cart since she started checking me out. Therefore I had to move my 2 and 3 year old to the new cart, and my bags.

I also purchased one plastic bag and put it with the discounted chickens. She put my chickens on top of my bread and simply threw all of my items in the cart tossing the avocados, bananas etc. She tossed the plastic bag to the bottom of the cart so I couldn't use it. Chicken blood was on the food and cart and items were crushed. I have been shopping at Aldi for years and know they do not bag groceries but they usually do use common sense. I do not plan to be back here and will continue to drive to Fort Oglethorpe. They have trained staff in GA and care about their customers, while...

Went shopping here for a non profit I volunteer at. I was confronted by the manager for buying too much. I was told to put the groceries back. When I asked how I can buy in volume, I was crudely told by the manager of this store that I would have to order with her. She would not give me any contact details but I was told to come to the store, locate her and place my order three days ahead. She also smirkingly informed me that there also would be no guarantee to fill my order. Before leaving I heard the same store manager chewing on another elderly lady at the check out. Soooo unprofessional!

I could understand any reasons she gave but the attitude and manner in which she addressed me was just mind blowing. How do they intend doing business with such attitude? I am back with Walmart, they understand customer service, they even...

Had the worst experience with Angelica . She was beyond rude and very inappropriate . Customer service seems to be a lost art . I am in my forties ...with my friend (also in her forties) trying to purchase Champagne for funday Sunday . I understand that store policy requires everyone to have ID... I forgot mine... that was my fault .....I was willing to put back my purchase. But then they denied my friend her purchase ONLY cause she was with me. As a POC I very much was disappointed with the TOTAL APPALLING customer service (or lack of) and Angelica was beyond rude to my friend who tried to return to store WITHOUT me to make the purchase . As of now they lost 3 of us for business. And many more because I will share this...
