Update (3/22/21): Much improved experience! One of the male employees was very interactive with the customers to make sure they got their orders and no one was standing around waiting unnecessarily. Keep up the good work!
I've been to this location twice since it opened. The drive thru was a bit slow but it wasn't a problem for me and I know this location is new so I know there's an adjustment period. My order was correct and the employee at the window was nice. My second visit I ordered through the app. It looked as if 90%+ of food was out of stock. Is this because the location is still 'new'? So we ordered 2 drinks and 2 bakery items that were in stock. I go in to get my order but only 3/4 items are on the counter, in two separate locations (even though I ordered under the same name). I wait about 5 minutes in the lobby until I had to wave an employee down to ask where my last drink was as I was ignored while standing at the counter. She says she doesn't know and has to track down the manager to look up my order. They didn't have the tea to make my drink so they put an empty cup with a 'see barista' note. I was looking for my drink on the counter, not an empty cup. There needs to be a better system for that. If you can keep your food items up to date as 'in stock' on the app then please do so with your drinks. I had to wait 15+ minutes in the lobby while they made the drink with a different tea. My food items were cold by the time I got to the car. Y'all need to be more proactive in customer service with your customers in the lobby. Take the time to survey the people in the lobby and if you see someone who has been standing there for some time then ASK them if there is a problem. Read moreMy husband and I had driven to this Starbucks to get us each a drink. We ordered our normal a Venti strawberry lemonade refresher and a caramel ribbon crunch crème based frappe. I had noticed they had changed how they put in the drink, but I don’t care as long as we get our drinks. My husband doesn’t like the little crunchies they put on top so I ask if he can take off the caramel crunch because that is how it is listed on the item menu. He said no problem so we start to pull up and as we do the total goes down. I tell my husband we will just tell him the miscommunication at the window. I start to tell he but he can not hear me so my husband starts to tell him. The guy at the window then interrupts my husband and start telling us about how he had to put the crème frappe in that way because they had taken away the crème frappes from the menu. Which was not the problem, we just wanted him to know we wanted the drink, but by the time he is done with his rather hatefully toned rant my husband just pays for the drink that was on our ticket and we leave. Read moreToday was the 3rd time I've been to this location. Usually going to Starbucks is pretty quick (if there's not a mile long line) and easy. I don't feel like it's that way here. Every time I've been to this location I've had to repeat myself several times to make sure my order was right. I don't get anything fancy or complicated at all. My husband (who has gone separately) and I have also had trouble with them being out of nearly all of their food. Not sure what the deal with that was. I ended up skipping food but with his order, they gave him the wrong sandwich and he didn't know until he was down the road. I hope this is all because this location is very new.
