Burger King — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I really dislike this location. The only plus sides are that the burgers are tasty and the location is good. They always put wayyyy too much mayo on everything when you ask for mayo. And the drive through people do not have the best manners. They don't greet you, they just ask what you want and then they don't even say anything when handing you your food. The night crew is the worst. Honestly, if they'd just stop their dishonest practice of pulling cars around to bring out their orders, I'd be a lot happier. There is no reason to pull every single car around. Especially when all they order is one meal. The drive through timer is there for a reason. You are only supposed to pull a car forward if the car behind them has an order that was ready faster. I hope corporate knows what they're doing. Because it's really bad service to bring someone their food and expect them to just leave; you KNOW they always forget at least one item and when I go through the drive through I don't want to have to get out of my car to go inside to get the condiments or spoon or fries that I asked for the first time. And don't expect people to come back if you give them cold fries after making them wait by the front door for five minutes, and don't even thank them for...

Calamity. As soon as I walked in there was a line. I counted six workers and an assistant manager. I noticed immediately everybody had manic depression. They were not receptive to the assistant manager. I order two plane fish fillets and a melt minus onions. 5 minutes later the person in front of me had to get a refund and a free meal, but I'm going to stay focused. As soon as I walk to the counter the assistant manager notified me that my order of the two plain fish fillets were made wrong. I had to wait for new fillers to be cooked. However many minutes later when I did get my food I immediately left and opted out of dine-in. 15 minutes later when I get home I open the bag and noticed that my milk is completely loaded with stuff that I cannot even eat. Very very disappointed being as this isn't my first time in that franchise by signal mountain and could feel the cloud of depression, and back home in Florida, as you can see from past reviews; burger king is/was my favorite fast food restaurant. This store just gets one star. I will continue to search for a Burger King in the area that is accommodating to my special orders for me and my puppy. That's what loyal fans do. Don't mess up...

Even with the new internal remodel, not much has changed with this Burger King. This location has been historically plagued with rude staff, a slow kitchen, incorrect orders, and inconsistent quality.

The front-of-house during my most recent visit was much friendlier and much more helpful than past visits and I really hope that continues (although the standard for this location is being ignored or greeted with an annoyed "what do you want?").

The kitchen was still the bottleneck, with a small crowd waiting for their orders as well as people coming to the counter with incorrect orders when I was ordering.

I didn't have problems with my order today but in the past, I've had items missing from my order, extra unordered items (less of a complaint), cold food, stale fries, you name it.
