When it first opened we loved it and went alot, everything was incredibly delicious. Then we started ordering takeout for convenience but the food was awful. We have ordered takeout from here 4 other times hoping each time would be better but this last order was finally our breaking point to say we will no longer be back. We have received the wrong order multiple times and this last time it was wrong and lazy. They didn't even bother to mix the scrambled egg in with the fried rice, they literally just threw it on top. We have reached out previously to have them fix the order when it is wrong and they have attempted to fix it with a giftcard, but it just means someone in our family is going without the same dinner as us for that night and also, we don't want the hassle of having to have it replaced for a future meal not the hassle of calling the resturaunt everytime to have them replace something we ordered for that night. They do not care what walks out the door for takeout, or the freshness or flavor of their food.
Edit: they called to make it right by replacing the order tonight, even though we had no intentions of contacting them to replace the order. They did replace the whole order fully so everyone was able to eat and no one had to eat the cold food which is way more than others would have done so i feel like that should be noticed which reflected in the change of stars. The manager was incredibly professional in handling it as well. We didn't even realize the one that had egg on the top didn't even have the chicken, so maybe it was another meal that wasnt ours. The employee said there was a misunderstanding with the food. The issue is still the hassle of going to get it again and that takeout is very inconsistent. Sitting down inside would save the need for 2 trips for a meal. The food has always been very good any time we have dined in, and the service is adequate, I think someone is just dropping the ball majorly when it comes to pick up orders and seeing what can go through the door which would save so much time and money for both if it were correct to begin with. We do appreciate their customer service and hope if we try it in the future it will be better but for now we need a break...

Appetizers: We kicked off our meal with a couple of appetizers: Clear Soup and Edamame. The clear soup was warm and comforting, featuring a rich broth with mushrooms. The edamame was served with a delicate dipping sauce that enhanced the dish beautifully.
Giant Eel Roll: The highlight of the meal was, without a doubt, the Giant Eel Roll. This impressive roll was generously filled with succulent grilled eel, cucumber, and avocado. The eel was incredibly tender, with a smoky flavor that paired well with the fresh crunch of the cucumber. The roll was beautifully presented, topped with a sweet eel sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds, making it as delightful to the eyes as it was to the taste buds.
Main Course: To complement the sushi, I ordered a Filet Mignon from the steak section of the menu. Cooked to perfection, the steak was juicy and tender, served me alongside a variety of grilled vegetables and a side of rice. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion size was generous.
Dessert: For dessert, we chose the Mochi Ice Cream. The assortment included flavors like green tea, mango, and strawberry. Each bite was delightful, with the chewy mochi exterior giving way to the creamy ice cream inside—a refreshing end to the meal.
Service: The service at Osaka Sushi & Steak House was attentive and friendly. Our server, Anna G. was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.
Overall Impression Osaka Sushi & Steak House delivered a memorable dining experience. The Giant Eel Roll was truly a standout dish, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The combination of sushi and steak allowed for a diverse and satisfying meal.

Read moreI would like to start this review out by prefacing that I have been to this restaraunt multiple times. The food and service is typically great upon each visit! We decided to have dinner here for my birthday this year. We ordered a few sushi rolls and fried rice. While we were ordering, our waitress asked us if we would like a soup and salad with our fried rice. My girlfriend and I looked at each other in confusion, knowing that soup and salad does not come with the fried rice. Loving the soup and salad, we obliged anyway and just figured we’d pay the difference. (Reasoning: It was my birthday! Might as well go all out and get the things we love!) Fast forward to our entree arriving, we are greeted with a plate of Chicken Hibachi. We called our waitress back over and explained that we ordered fried rice. She begins to condescendingly explain to us that the chicken hibachi IS, in fact, the fried rice just that the ingredients are separated on the plate…. We expressed to her that we know the difference between the two entrees and that maybe when we agreed to the soup/salad it confused her? She stated that us agreeing to the soup/salad was us in turn changing our order to Chicken Hibachi, which we were unaware of until we received our food. When we asked if we could exchange the hibachi for our fried rice that we ordered, she AGAIN stated we did get our fried rice that the ingredients are just separated on our plate. Once we realized we were going in circles and she wasn’t willing to make it right, we just told her it was fine and we would settle for the food we had already received. Nothing was made right and no apology was given. While being forced to eat/pay for the said wrong entree, the same waitress ran the wrong food to two separate tables. Maybe it was an off day for her? Maybe she was trained by the wrong person? Maybe she was new? Maybe it just wasn’t my lucky day? I don’t know! But her talking to us like we were 5, rubbed me the wrong way. If someone orders chicken fried rice, they want to receive chicken fried rice....
