GameStop — Local services in Chattanooga

Not worth shopping here anymore. Staff are clueless to how customer service works. I've attempted Gato support Gamestop but, they make it hard to want to support them. Popped in today since I was eating right next door, had ever intention of purchasing a new release title(Zelda Links Awakening). Only one other customer in the store and 2 employees, one was helping the other customer who I assume was her boyfriend by the amount of time it was taking her to sell one game and the other was on the phone. Neither of them acknowledged my presence as I stood in line for about 8-12 minutes. Mind you no one else came in the store. After that I just walked out, went to Walmart and purchased the same brand new release title for $10.05 less and was out the store in under 3 minutes. I may as well been invisible to those folks. Not anymore, Gamestop, have fun hanging on...

They have been holding my daughters money for a pre order for several months.They repeatedly flat out lie and say great news it’s been released by the manufacturer and is on the way. I get the same lie over and over month after month and still no product. It’s been 6 months and still no product. It’s just a Pop figure it’s nothing like a PS5. They flat out refuse to give a refund only a transfer to another preorder. So basically they are liars and could sit on my daughters money indefinitely since the product may never show up. This so very shady business practices and highly advise not doing business with them. My family and I who used to shop there and own several game systems will no longer be doing...
