I have shopped here a few times, and though the staff isn't super welcoming, I keep giving them a shot. Yesterday sealed the deal for me. I came in looking for teacher gifts - I was the only person shopping in the store. Two women were working behind the cash wrap and one on the floor. Not a single person even acknowledged the fact that I walked in. No hi, how can we help you, are you looking for something specific, etc. In the past I can at least get a hi! After looking around aimlessly for about 10 minutes another customer arrived, who I can only assume to be a regular, and was immediately greeted. Hmm... interesting. Then, another woman came out from the back - keep in mind I'm still looking around - the woman from the back greets this woman asks what she is looking for, and proceeds to essentially walk her around the store, personally shopping for her.
Still not a single hi or hello from anyone. As I'm checking out the ONLY thing I was asked by the employee was "do you want this gift wrapped?" Nothing else.
I don't EVER leave negative reviews, but this had to be said. Super disappointed in this entire experience/store. Like I said, they have never been overly friendly here -- but they are clearly capable of it. Cute stuff, but dang, what a horrible experience...

I wasnāt greeted, the employees just walked past me, I event stood in front of the register browsing and still nothing. A white woman comes in and immediately is greeted as walked out the door. Itās been awhile since Iāve experienced discrimination as a light skinned half Mexican. I had on my professional attire; idk if I looked like a person who wonāt spend money, but I get a corporate card to treat my clients very nicely. Iāll never recommend this place or stop by again during my often travels to Chattanooga. Itās a shame people like you still exist...
