Mango's Decor & Co. — Local services in Chattanooga

Fun place to get ideas, but the staff really cater to those they believe have big bucks. I will never go back. Their is a sense of arrogance at times in this store. There is also some strange scent of favoritism toward certain clientele. The staff appears to make Judgement Calls about who walks through the door. This is so wrong. The store is mostly involved in the staging business. I have bought several items, but I will not return for more. There is no room for arrogance and lack of customer service to paying customers. The last time I shopped at Mangos, my arms were full of items I wanted to buy. Not one person offered to help me with anything. Some were too busy sitting on couches or helping "more important clientele"...so I laid my purchases on the counter and left the store. I drove home and found similar (if not exact) items I was ready to buy at Mangos, on Etsy and Amazon for far less...and they were delivered to my front door, for free. This place is an okay place to get ideas, but I will not buy from Mangos. It is meant to be unique, but it is not. Same and similar items can be found at Kirklands, Pier 1 Imports, Hobby Lobby and/or almost any decent department store with a home decor department. I won't go back to Mangos for any future purchases. I wish them the best, but they were not kind to me nor helpful. As a person highly trained in customer service skills, I would rate this company on the low-end of kindness and helpfulness. They are choosy in whom they help and serve. Maybe I just visited and shopped when everyone was having a bad days, but I walked away unimpressed. For their sake, I hope they are able to service customers on The North Shore, well. I wish them the very best, because I don't hold grudges, but I also don't continually shop where my patronage is completely disregarded. I hope others have fantastic experiences here. I; however have not had pleasant experiences in the store, nor with the employees who are sometimes hard to locate. I wish them success but I cannot promote them. Amazing customer service and very reasonable pricing! The owner spent so much time with me in choosing just the right fabric and was even so kind to my children. I wish every store was this way-affordable, great quality and easy process....
