Decided to get lunch because there was no line compared to all the other restaurants around. Weellllllll i see why there was no line nowš”. I sat in line for 20 minutes before having my order taken and there was ONE car in front of me. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a tea and fries. When i got to the first window the person taking orders and payment was on their phone and didn't even speak. They took my card and handed it back with no receipt, if i had a receipt i would have called management but i guess Google will have to do. Then at the 2nd window to get my food, i asked for BBQ sauce & Ketchup. She looked at me like she was disgusted that i asked for something. She proceeded to say "it's $0.55" i reached for some change and when i turned back around she shoved my bag towards me and said "you know what, have a nice day" i sat there for a moment looking at her like what did i do or say wrong for such an attitude. Then i slowly pulled off. Well when i got to work 10 minutes away, my fries were burnt and hard as a rock, my chicken sandwich was hard and dark brown like it had been sitting and dry and to top it off the tea was spoiled.....i gaged when i tried to drink itš¤¢š¤®. So sadly i threw everything away because i couldn't leave to take it back and get it replaced. Tip of the day: if you don't like working in the food industry or customer service based job.....QUIT and go somewhere else. Us customers that buy things at an establishment and did nothing to you don't deserve to deal with an attitude...

When I told the drive through worker she said āoh it didnāt go through anyway, and took my card and charged me for the correct order.ā I drove about halfway home before realizing they left out a chicken biscuit. Turned around and told them what happened and the drive through worker just said āpull aroundā and handed me my biscuit and said have a nice day. When I got home I checked my bank account to see that the first charge DID go through, so I called back to speak to the manager to explain what happened. She didnāt apologize for the mistaken charge and I didnāt even mention the biscuit ordeal. She said āhow much do we owe youā and āokay Iāll pay you backā without even knowing which ticket number to look up and tried to end the call. I asked if she needed the ticket number and she actually looked it up that time and found it. She said āokay Iāll refund it to you if you need it,ā ...if I NEED it?? Itās your mess up! Iām not sweating the charge but at least be polite and apologetic to your customers. I will be surprised if the charge comes off my account honestly. Really poor service, do...

She told the entire store including Tabitha the mgr. that she demanded to be compensated for her wait! Tabitha offered to give her anything else and told her it takes time to cook the chicken but Karen wanted not only her food, but wanted it for free! What?
She upset everyone in the lobby by screaming like Karen's do demanding she wanted her food for free. Upsetting my partner who has had 3 strokes who asked her very quietly to stop because she had had three strokes and was getting upset and she said she didn't care that she was upsetting her!!
I would love to have a chat with that Karen! You know who you are and so do I.
