I had a very bad experience here. I walked in on a beautiful sunny day and greeted the women sitting at the desk with a great big hello and how are you today. I actually think she grunted at me. She certainly didn't say hello back or thanks for asking. She came to the front desk and said "what do you need". I had a Louis Vuitton travel case that needed a new zipper and new liner. Pretty simple if you asked me. She looked as if I was wasting her time, looked at the case for one second (didn't even touch it) and said she can't do it. Honestly I don't think she wanted to be bothered with my measly Cosmetic case. I don't recommend that place at all! Unfriendly...
