This rating is ZERO stars. They did nothing to HELP me, they have a reputation to keep for representing ACE IS THE PLACE WITH THE HELPFUL HARDWARE FOLKS. I called this location to see if they had animal snare traps in stock (meaning at the store), the lying lady stated they had some even after I was specifically asking for beavers, woodchucks etc. I got there and a goofy dizzy acting old man states nah we don't have them in the store but you make one at home, NOT HELPFUL! The lady who took the call should be fired on the spot. There's no room for dishonesty in a "HELPFUL" place as the store indicates. Worst service or lack of from ACE at this place. I wonder if you are going to reimburse me for the gas I spent going over here due to the fact that the lady who took my call was dishonest and low IQ'd. I called this place twice to get information on a certain paint brand in stock. I was hung up on immediately the first time after politely asking, and then the second time was kept on hold for 5 minutes while being "transferred to the paint department." After 5 minutes I was hung up on. I understand that it might have been busy, but then just tell me that you will call back or simply can't help me right now.
