Burger King — Restaurant in Chelsea

This place is the worst i come here after work go thru the drive thru there slow number one and they alway seem to mess up my order they dont know that you can do triple texas whopper also the manager said i told them doulble i showed the reciept he ate those words really quick also i noticed they dont wear gloves very unsafe considering its still covid going on and thats not the worst part the bathroom is filthy and the staff doesnt know how to use the register theres long lines this is crazy the quality of fast food really took a turn for the worst really they just hire anyone the manager doesnt know what hes doing ive worked in fast food thank goodness i dont anymore but seriuosly when did managers not care about what happens and let the employees do whatever they want maybe a secret shopper should come in i work as that aswell so play with me again ill send a secret shoper to...

Burger king itself is fine. The workers are some of the dumbest human beings on the planet. Look, I get it. Immigrants need jobs but at the very least be competent enough to be able to work the system correctly even if I'm speaking in your native language instead of this nations. Time and time again. Orders wrong or just cold as if they gave you someone else's. The entire management is to blame as they should be training their workers much better. Instead it's "here's the uniform. Figure it out."

Just drive some where else. As a life long resident of Chelsea who has been going to this specific location my entire life. I can safety say it's one of the worst locations around. You will get your order wrong and they will have issues even figuring out what a Whopper vs a regular cheese burger is. Heck I was even given a fish sandwich once when I asked...

Let me start this review today by stating: I am not racist. Both my parents are illegal immigrants from El Salvador. But this Burger King needs to be closed for a week for extra training and English lessons. Today is one of the many times over the last few years I have visited and ordered through the drive thru. Today a lady with a heavy accent asked me to repeat my order multiple times and it was no problem for me. The problem was she didn't understand me and got my order wrong. This has happened the last three times I go to this Burger King. I tried calling to explain to them why I was upset, their phone is disconnected and basically when I got home I had to give my family 4 wrong meals. Expect wrong orders from these workers and expect extra time to explain your orders slowly. If you're in a rush then avoid this place...
