HOAGIE FACTORY — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Do not patronize this store. They are horribly rude and they think they are slick. They charge more than the advertised price and I usually go in there with big bills today I didn’t bring my wallet out the car and I had exact change. They tried to gouge the prices and I believe they have been robbing me and others blind from day one. I usually Pay and leave Quick due to the loitering they allow and uncomfortable atmosphere in front of the store. I will never patronize this store again. They come into our neighborhoods and rob us and if you aren’t paying attention they will slight you. Huge disappointment and I have been going here since I was a child. The cashier couldn’t admit his count was either wrong or he was trying to get over either way beware of these people they don’t give a damn about us just how much they can make. They tried to charge me .85 for a .75 marked honey bun and didn’t expect me to ask because I usually just pick up and buy. They are sneaky and I would never shop here again. The atmosphere is just as important as the food. If you are being reckless with your mouth...guess what? Customers will go elsewhere and then with no customers you will be forced to close your business or find other sources of income. All that being said treat people with kindness. I'm talking to the cooks who like to make loud and disrespectful comments about customers like they are not standing right there. So many times I have been here hearing things. I'm like do they want their jobs? People trying to be insta-famous like they are comedians. Uh nope try again! You are a insta-cook! Stop it!

I will never patronize the Hoagie Factory again! I ordered 3 honey turkey hoagies while waiting in the store the gentlemen who are making the sandwiches are loud and using profanity and I hear them repeat my order in the back regarding 3 honey turkey hoagies. I get home and there is no meat on my hoagie in addition to that the hoagie is just thrown together sloppily made. Of course I returned the hoagie and received a refund with no apology until I had to explain again how all hoagies were sloppily made and my hoagie had no meat. You guys charge $13.00 for a sandwich poorly made and missing the main ingredient (Meat).
