Holly the Manager fixed my phone but improperly mishandled my Sim Card. I drove back to the store to let her know my Sim isn't detected. She placed blame on me and Spectrum. I called Spectrum tech support and they said she mishandled the Sim.
I even had Spectrum on speaker so she could hear. Holly still didn't want to take ownership that she damaged my phone.
Because she internally messed up my "business" phone, Spectrum waived the fees and sent me another Sim which I had to wait for.
When my new Sim arrived...presto...my phone worked!
I do not recommend this company to anyone. A "real" "certified" technician would never fix something and damage something else in the process then place blame on someone else.
Unprofessional, Ignorant, Non Empathetic, ....my list can go on! Your review doesn't even deserve one star. Get it together Holly!
"Holly", "Karen" ....at this point I have ZERO respect for you as a business owner. Seems you can respond to my review instead of countless others who gave you a horrible review. Just shows us of your guilt.
Read my review thoroughly first....I SAID SPECTRUM TOLD ME WHILE YOU WERE STANDING THERE THAT THE SIM CARD ERROR IS BECAUSE "YOU" MISHANDLED IT. I HAD TO GET IT REPLACED BECAUSE OF YOUR MISHANDLING PRACTICES. THE NEW SIM WORKED PERFECTLY... MEANING "YOU" DAMAGED MY SIM THAT WAS IN MY PHONE. Whether it was intentional or by accident, it was caused by "YOU".
The fact that you can't or don't know how to accept ownership shows your UNPROFESSIONALISM as a "business owner" and IGNORANCE as an individual.
Yes, a SIM card can get damaged from it being mishandled. Whether dropped, scratched...etc. Google it...you have no problem googling how to fix certain phone issues...why not brush up on what's important to avoid you from messing up someone else's device??!
I said what I said, Spectrum said what they said to your face...now you can either take this review and become a better person or not....at this point, I could care less. I just pray you don't do someone else the same way because the next person may not be so...

We thought customers deserve being treated in a considerate manner.However we did not receive any of that at this business. We had been told that we would be phoned when our new phone screen arrived. We never were. So after several days we called them to inquire as to whether the screen had arrived. That is the only way we found out it was in. Then we live out of town. Gasoline is high in cost now so we were hoping to get our phone repaired while we did a little grocery shopping. We had been told that this place was open five days per week so we could come in any time. When we got there no one appeared busy. There were two girls sitting around munching on fries.We to them we were there to get our phone repaired. The one who does the work was not there so one of the fries eaters gave the fixer a call. She did not want to repair it today. S the fixer returned in a few minutes with a couple of kids. She told us to come back Monday toget it repaired. Ee told her we were from out of town and would like it done today. She was still unwilling to help us. She offered no reason for not repairing it today. Instead she appeared uncaring one way or the other. She didn't even bother to explain or apologize. I guess we didn't deserve respect or consideration. What has happened to folks today? I wish this lady the best but I Hope's she will learn to be a little more empathetic and caring. We never saw it. Southern hospitality has left it would...

She told me it would cost 125 for the phone screen to be replaced, I was to wait an hour. I came back and it was absolutely spotless! She gave me a screen protector, case, and a back glass protector to cover the exposed coil on my back since I couldn't afford it at the time. Marvelous service! I'm so happy! When I get my back glass fixed I will be going to her! Thank you do much for your wonderful service! I recommend anyone who needs a repair to go here! Cheap prices and fast repairs!
