I wish I could give them no stars. But this needs to said. My nephew went and rented a suit from there for prom. He spent over $200 to rent this suit. It came in 4 days before prom and it was the wrong size and color. My nephew went to return it because he bought what he needed because it was 3 days now before prom. My nephew explained the situation to the owner. When he went to return he asked for a refund the owner said “no” the owner said “I can’t give you $150 in cash.” Did not try to work with my nephew at all. Then when my nephew said “fine I’ll take the $150” the owner said “no because you were rude” and only gave my nephew the $150 after my nephew was about to walk out with the suit because he wasn’t going to leave it after he paid for it. $150 refund after spending over $200 on a suit that the owner messed up on the measurements? I get it if you can’t refund the money but store credit or call the company you get the suit’s from and tell them to refund the money.
