Had my first visit with Misty today. I must say I was very impressed. She was very kind, caring and professional. She was quite knowledgeable in all aspects of the spas services and answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. She explained my procedure in detail and gave me options of different products and how they would work for my particular issues. She also gave me clear, up front pricing so there were no surprises afterwards. It was explained that after 7-10 days if I saw anything I was not pleased with such as any unevenness from one side to the other(I received injections for laugh lines and wrinkles), I could call for a work in and Misty would re-treat the area's that I felt needed "attention" for no extra charge. This tells me that Misty and the Incandescence staff care about their clients and want them to be satisfied with their services. The service providers are NPs and have the medical knowledge necessary to perform services safely and the spa was clean and sanitary. I felt very comfortable that my procedure was performed using very safe health practices. I was super pleased with my experience today and I am excited to see my results in the upcoming days.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit with Misty. I returned today to see if Misty could help me more with my eye issues. After having chronic Migraines nearly every day for 15 years my eyes are so droopy I look like some kind of stoner😂! Misty was able to help raise my eyes some from my first visit so fingers crossed that today's visit will help even more. It becomes very difficult to see when your eyes are slit like from lids that have become heavy. She even suggested and gave me the name of a surgeon who may be able to raise them so my sight could be much better and insurance may possibly cover it. Misty has been wonderful! She is kind and warm and full of suggestions but does not try to upsell her clients. She knows what to do and how to do it. She is skillful and professional but down to earth and easy to talk to. My overall experience started off very positive. During my first visit, everything went smoothly—everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. I felt hopeful that this clinic could help me reach my weight-loss goals, especially since I had previously been on Semaglutide through another provider and was looking for a more convenient location.

However, my experience changed after starting treatment. I was told my first order of medication would arrive in just a few days, but it took nearly three weeks. Once I began the injections, I noticed no difference in appetite or weight loss, even after the second month. Having used Semaglutide before, I know how my body typically responds, and this felt completely different—almost like I wasn’t taking anything at all.

I expressed my concerns and was reassured that the pharmacy they use is legitimate and that the medication is safe, despite recent changes around GLP-1 medications. Still, I found myself questioning the effectiveness and contents of the medication I was receiving. Ultimately, I decided to stop treatment because I no longer felt confident in what I was injecting into my body.

While I appreciate the staff and initial service, I do believe further investigation or testing of the medication would be wise—if only to provide peace of mind for patients. My experience left me with more questions than answers, and that’s not something you want when it comes to...

BEST MED SPA IN TOWN! I just moved out here about a month prior to coming in and I regret not coming in sooner! All the ladies at Incandescence are so genuine, friendly, and welcoming. The spa is so cute, highly professional, very sanitized and clean, and feels right at home. I did micro- needling with Emily and lip injections with Lou. Highly recommend both! My face felt so smooth and clean after the micro-needling and didn't even hurt once! Emily made sure that I was very comfortable throughout the whole time. Felt like I had known Emily for years after a 30 minute appointment! My lips have never looked SO GOOD!! I have been to other medical spas before in which they really couldn't do much for my 'small lips' but Lu sure did and even exceeded my expectations! She made them look fabulous!
