Shake Shop — Restaurant in Cherryville

I would give 5 stars but one of the ladies that works there has an attitude problem . She can't handle getting busy and starts yelling at people telling people they need to wait there turn very rude and needs to go have a few minutes alot. I have seen other waitresses have to cover her tables because she blows up not only on the customers but on the waitresses too. She needs an attitude adjustment if she is going to work around people. I have worked in resteraunts bartending and waitressing and know how busy and frustrating it can become. But u don't have to take it on the other people ur around. Just ask for a quick break before u become rude with everyone. If I knew her name I would put it here so it manager could sit down and talk to u about how mean you are to people. I called to give my order and she is going to tell me that I need to stop yelling my order at her and that I needed to calm down. Really that's no way to talk to somebody I am hard at hearing and just want to make sure people understand me sorry about that. But u yelled louder than me saying I was yelling. Just breathe honey everything will be fine and a tip for u, u will make more money if u are nicer to people. I have heard u complained about how much of a tip customers have left you. Let this be a lesson and you learn from your mistakes stop taking ur unhappiness out on others and they will treat u better. If the food wasn't so good I would never come back because you are so hateful and mean. Other than that the food is great. The cook (Brandon) always goes out of his way to help serve the customers and to check on them. Thanks for the great food. Employee working the to-go window was rude and hateful. First of all they took the phone off the hook way before closing time. Then when I made the trip to put the order in - she said they were closed and out of meat. I guess they were talking about hamburger meat but what's wrong with me ordering a fish filet or chicken sandwich? I always try to support local but not being treated this way. I'll take my business to someone who respects...

Great little place for a burger. I had a wonderful experience at this place. Staff was extremely nice and went over everything on the menu. I had the Lotta burger and it was awesome. Try the cherry sundrop when you go. It is really good too. Don't miss this small restaurant. Well worth the trip to get a burger. I will go back often when I am in town. Loved this...
