I stopped in to get a car wash. Of course the receipts are not working on the pumps, THEY NEVER DO. I am always having to go in to get a receipt for gas. Anyway, that’s expected so it no longer upsets me. And usually I go to North Beach but they don’t have a car wash. So I’m here and I have to go in so I figured I get my drink and cigarettes, so I have a coupon for my cigarettes and I’m waiting in line. Caren is the cashier based on my receipt, makes a mistake with the customer ahead of me. Gives him the wrong change, and when the gentleman explains the cashiers mistake she corrects it but developed an immediate attitude. So when she began ringing my items I put my phone forward for my coupon, which had a bar code so I’m thinking it needs to be scanned. (Keep in mind I am not a cashier as a profession). She is nasty to me and says “Alright!” I explained and apologized for upsetting her ( when I knew it wasn’t me, she was already miserable). I asked for my gas receipt to get an audible sigh and a shake of the head. She is not a people person and should not be left to make the only impression of Faststop customers see. I’ve never had a problem with any other employee nor have I ever left there feeling as disrespected as I did today. I think I will find a new car wash, theirs isn’t great anyway,...

I ran out of propane cooking crabs today so I need to replace my tank in a rush. I went to fast stop to get a new one. The one they gave me was empty and I had to go back and get a second one. Only to get home and that one was empty. I called there and the lady fought with me on the phone calling me a liar. She was rude and had no sense of customer service. She told me she would not replace again or give me a refund and that I have to wait til tomorrow to speak with a manager. They really need customer service training in that store.
