As much as I like Ledo's, the dine in service here was terrible. We didn't have to wait for a table, I guess I know why.
The wait time for everything was way too long. We just ordered pizzas, but as we sat there waiting, I know we could have called in an order and gotten it faster, because I've ordered pizza from here and had it ready in thirty minutes. It was like they had to make the dough and sauce from scratch when we placed the order. When we finally got the pizzas, they were just brought out without giving us any plates or silverware. When my wife asked for some, the waitress said that they didn't have any. My wife questioned why they didn't have any. Waitress said it was all dirty. Finally the manager got plastic ware for us after my wife asked her if they have plastic ware. The table behind us somehow got silverware, so I don't know how they managed to find it for them and not us.
I know there was a Christmas parade, but the place wasn't that busy and you're only making pizzas, not something elaborate. Worst part was we didn't even get an apology for the bad service. She obviously knew the service was terrible, because my friend commented reminding them about the Christmas parade next year. She said it was on the calendar.
I typically don't post reviews, but wanted to share our experience. I am giving two stars because at least the pizza was good. If you don't know how to serve customers, I don't think you will be in business much longer when there is a nice mama Lucia...
Read moreThe five stars is strictly for the young lady that was at the counter around 6:15pm on the night of 12/14/2022. I was waiting in line for the previous customers to collect their order and leave before I approached the counter to pick up mine, when a very large shrek-like woman with a Friar Tuck haircut came in the front door, charged her way past me to the front of the line and started introducing herself and saying the name for her order in the most obnoxious voice possible. I appreciate the way the server responded when I approached the counter and stood next this this menopausal half horse/half pig with pores the size of golf ball divots, staring directly at her face in disbelief. The server very quietly apologized to me for the rudeness of this still babbling, vaguely person-shaped dollop of fat flaps and helped me with my order. I just want to thank the staff for not laying down to these self-centered Karens and being cool. Didn't mean to delay large marge an extra few moments from filling the emptiness inside herself that the attention of men used to occupy, hopefully the wildebeest was able to get her next trough of melted cheese home in due time despite my annoying existence. Thanks...
Read moreUpdated review from 1/5/23 visit. Food was good, but service was less than poor and did not even rate one star. The hostess promptly seated me, took my drink order and brought it out to the table. I waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to come to the table and take my order. Waited over 20 minutes for the order to come out (calzone), and then it was overcooked. The waitress did not check back until after I had finished eating and had asked for the check. I was charged a significant amount over the menu price for a minor change from the menu and when I asked about the charge, the waitress very rudely responded and repeatedly asked if I understood. Although I disagreed with the amount of the charge I paid the bill but did not reward the poor service. As I was leaving I heard the waitress making rude comments about me to the other staff members at the counter and saying I wasted her time and should have ordered carryout. Very disappointed with my visit tonight. Employee retraining for proper customer service should be on the menu at...
