Proper and fun. What a great shop! The owner, Sandy we delightful, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend for all your tea needs including a delicious ‘High Tea’ event with adults and children are welcome. We will be going here every time we are in town from now on. My daughter, 5, and her best friend and brother, 6 and 4, had Ana amazing time without making me feel nervous they were going to break everything. The table was eclectically decorated and was prepared with coloring pages for the kids (tea cups for the girls and a dinosaur for the boy). The waters for the children were served in these old style milk cups with lids to hold the straw. The choices of tea were diverse and every type of tea is specific to their region. We ordered Moroccan mint for the children and Earl Grey for us adults. Both were so good we picked some up to take home along with a toy each for the children and a couple of super soft scarves for us adults. She has limited seating (maybe enough to have a party of 16?) but does parties on the go too. If you don’t have time to sit for tea, order a scone or cake. I love this place and I'm not even a tea aficionado 🤩. The owner Sandy is a lovely patient proprietor who proudly attends to every detail. She is kind to customers and her staff, making the energy in the teahouse warm and welcoming....as close to visiting auntie or girlfriend after church or a hard day as you can get. As always, I had a gazillion questions and Sandy & staff pleasantly and thoroughly addressed each. This was my second visit and I hope my review will encourage others to enjoy a tasting which included a bottomless pot of tea, sweet and a savory dessert and finger sandwiches sampler. My sister and I managed to spend 3 very pleasant hours sampling and catching up.

The tea selections included white, black, green and herbal selections. They have a shop as well as the teahouse, for those who need to grab and go.

I made a reservation for Mom's early birthday celebration. Neither of us have had afternoon tea before and I thought it would be a fun experience for both of us. Sandy and Josey were wonderful in their explanations of what our visit would consist of and the service they provided. My mom chose Starry Night Tea and I had Paris Tea, which were both flavorful. We also had whipped honey to sweeten both teas, which stretched through both pots of tea and was just the right amount of sweetness. We had Tea Service #1 and it was plenty enough for 2. Every bite was delightful, every cup comforting. We enjoyed our tea so much, we bought some to take home with us. The atmosphere was inviting and calm and the decor adorable.
