š Unexpected Gem Alert: Filipino Comfort in a Gas Station š Donāt let the location fool youāthis mom-and-pop spot tucked inside a gas station serves up some truly soulful Filipino fare. We dropped in about 30 minutes before closing, so the menu was limited, but every bite was worth it.
š„ The chicken pancit had that homestyle depth, the pork BBQ was smoky-sweet perfection, and the crispy pork belly? A total show-stealer! š„ The sho pow was fluffy and savory, and the turon (sweet banana lumpia) wrapped things up with golden, caramelized goodness. š„ Special shoutout to their vinegar sauceātangy and unforgettable. Iād bottle it if I could.
Even with a slim selection late in the day, everything tasted fresh and made with heart. Canāt wait to come back during peak hours and dive deeper into the full menu.
