Jason is the absolute worst manager I’ve ever encountered. I worked for pizza companies for years, 2 of which being Papa John’s, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. We received an order that was placed online. Put “leave on porch please” in the instructions, along with no contact. The last time I put just no contact, the driver waited 10 minutes until I could get to the door. We are in the middle of a pandemic and no contact should mean no contact. However, regardless of this, common sense should prevail that when you bring an order and leave it, you should ring the doorbell if one is available. Not realizing my food was sitting outside, our pizza was covered in ants. We have a bench on the porch. It could easily have been set there. Even just leaving on the ground level of the porch, ring the bell. The “manager” decided to argue with both myself and my husband. He was reluctant to come up with any resolution and the one he had was 1.5 hrs to get a new pizza and it would cost an additional $4. Completely unacceptable. If you don’t have a good attitude and want to be rude to long time customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I will NEVER order from this...
Read moreI appreciate the manger for looking out! The delivery woman asked me to meet her outside to get my pizza due to no parking spaces. I had to get my 2 toddlers and myself together. Thankfully I looked out of the window first to check and seen there were hardly any cars in the spaces where she could’ve easily parked at. I doubled checked to make sure I had the correct address in my online order. To my knowledge it was correct!! Once the woman got to my door I proceeded to pay with cash. She said she had no money to accept cash. Like my order literally stated I was “paying in cash”. The lady was so nonchalant. Just lazy and unkind! SMH. Read moreRecently placed an online order for delivery. After completing the order, it was necessary to add more pizzas. I was not able to connect with anyone by phone (I am giving the employees the benefit of the doubt as it was storming that night, and they could quite possibly have been extremely busy). Thankfully this establishment wasn't too far. I drove over to make the additions and change the order from delivery to pick up since I was there. The employee who assisted me was able to make the switch with no issues, reimbursed the delivery fee, and provided cash to make up for the tip I added on the app. Great service! And I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizzas.
