Do yourself a favor and buy all your appliances from Southland. Honestly, you're going to pay a few dollars more up front...and I'm talking just a few. The washing machine we bought there was about $15 more than we could have paid at a box store. However, for that $15 we received an excellent installation from an experienced installer...no shortcuts, just a professional job all the way around. I know from a sad experience, you're not getting that level of service from the other guys. The dryer we bought there 10 years ago had a problem, and they promptly sent out an experienced and honest technician to diagnose and repair it for us. There are very few businesses left anymore that do things the right way every time, so they can earn your repeat business. We live in a military town after all, and most places just try to reel in the new fish and couldn't care less about repeat business; but that's not the business model at Southland. I will never make the mistake of buying anywhere else again, and I recommend you...

I was undergoing a major kitchen renovation. Both my contractor and cabinet maker recommended Southland for all the reasons you can read in reviews below. They told me just call and can purchase everything over the phone- they will get you everything you need. I wanted a paneled fridge to match/ sit flush with my new white cabinets. They sent a black fridge that doesnt fit and sticks out over 6 inches and will not take it back. There is no receipt/ email confirmation (he actually didnt even take my info down correctly initially) so Im basically just taking this huge loss and buying a fridge from another company (paying again labor to panel) and just...

Southland Appliance is the best place for purchases and repairs. Especially their technician Lee Furlough. He has helped me with several repairs and installed a new microwave in a cabinet and a new fitted for an older model.and a replacement dishwasher He is very knowledgeable, quickly makes the diagnosis of the repair needed . I really appreciate that he is on time for appointments, leaves everything clean and is ready to come back quickly if something is not quite right and make it right . Use Southland for all your shopping and repairs - service unmatched at any big box store ....
