I stopped by in desperation looking for a large size dress shirt for my husband. Sherrod was upset that he did not have his size in stock as he usually did. He suggested another store I could try and hoped I would remember his store in the future. I did find the shirt I needed but failed to find an appropriate tie. I suggested my husband return to Philip Michael Fashion as I forgot to check their ties when I was in the store earlier. We found exactly the tie he wanted there. During our conversation my husband mentioned he might be looking for a suit or sports coat later so Sherrod suggested he take a look at a suit he had in stock in his size. The suit fit so well and looked so nice on my husband, I urged him to buy it. We were pleased with Sherrod's expertise and no pressure sales approach. He was not pushing us to buy a suit today, only showing us the quality of their merchandise to remember in the future. My grandson bought a suit for prom at Philip Michael. The sales associate measured him, including the waist. Most men that wear suits would know that all suits are sold as a set (jacket and pants). So obviously, just because the jacket fits, doesn’t mean the pants will too. Teenagers may not understand that. Unfortunately the sales associate didn’t pick up on that and didn’t advise him to try on the pants since his waist was obviously smaller than the pants size. My grandson figured the jacket fit so the pants must fit too. When he tried to exchange the pants (from a 38 to a 33) he was told he couldn’t exchange just the pants. Still no advice to get them altered. I called and explained the situation and asked if they would do a rush alteration. They were immediately accommodating and when my grandson brought them in (2 days before prom) they did the alterations on the spot to his satisfaction. People make mistakes, and while the situation didn’t start off as I thought it should have, they were more than happy to make things right. Customer service goes a long way. This is a double review. In Dec 2018 my Grandfather passed away and I had zero dress clothes for the memorial service. I decided khakis, a nice tie and shirt would suffice but I needed a jacket to wear. Sharad (spelling?) and Kim helped me the day of find a good off the shelf jacket that fit well and was within my budget.

Two years later, I was visiting the area again and hadn't yet bought a suit. When I arrived, Kim was working again and she helped me purchase two suits, one by Ralph Lauren and another from the Shaquille O'Neal line. She got me measured and fitted. Both fit great and she even shipped them to me all the way down in Georgia.

I'm a large fella and when I expressed what I was looking for she was 100% on board with it and she wasn't pushy with the sales at all. I absolutely hate shopping because I am big and big clothes are often hard to fine that fit well. She provided options, answered questions about prices, and was absolutely cool when I turned down a few accessories that I didn't want.
