Not even one star Today on June 23rd my wife and I experienced the worst customer service ever by an associate named Linda.
I donāt even know where to begin , my wife and I were shopping for last minute wedding bands as we are getting married this week ( super excited) we were met with Linda who did not listen to us , we found ourselves having to talk over her to tell her what we wanted numerous times. Once we told her what we were looking for she either dismissed our suggestions or simply ignored them and continued to try and sale us high value items. Thankfully I was very direct about what I wanted but yet we still spent over an hour in the store, she attempted to over charge me but luckily the manager was present and the price dropped over 80 bucks only due Linda to still have charged me the old price as well as the new price (she double charged me). She was highly unprofessional she stated how surprised she was at my wifeās ring and wondered how I got it (I brought it from the lynnhaven location) and she even discussed personal matters about the associate who helped me at lynnhaven and why her last day was coming up soon which was very unprofessional as we waited again over an hour. When he asked the Salesman who approached us if they sold pandora charms he was condescending and his increadibly rude response was "No those are just cheap trinkets that you buy last minute because you forgot or cannot afford something nice." So I asked if anywhere in the mall sold those cheap trinkets because his wife loves them, He said "No ones that cheap." We did find them downstairs at another store, and there was a line to get them so you can tell the young man who didn't help us Saturday that I guess someone is lowbrow enough to sell them. I buy alot of Jewelry for my wife, and after this experience I will never shop at Kay's again, and ill be sure to recommend my friends and family go elsewhere as well.
