I don’t recommend this playroom business. We have came for atleast 3 months and recently my kids have gotten sick from here because specific people keep bringing their kids here with fevers and openly talking about it like it’s not a big deal. Secondly, it’s a considerably small playroom (the smallest we’ve ever seen) and there’s an employee that shows attitude because there’s toys on the floor that she has to pick up. Today, we were banned because my 14 month old baby threw a block in the air and it landed on an older kid and the parent (male) threw a tantrum and left saying my baby did it multiple times today which is false. Accidents happen and kids are kids. We cannot prevent all things from happening. I was also told we were banned because at some point of a previous visit evidently they’re claiming my kid destroyed a clear plastic Tupperware container? I’ve never seen this happen and nobody even spoke to me about it so I don’t know what’s the deal about that but it seems my family was targeted for one reason or another possibly politically motivated. So try a...
Read moreMake your reservations online. I got there in time for there 11:30 slot. I filled out the wavier for my son and I. In order to make a reservation. I had to make a whole account and being I'm not from here. I didn't see a point. I was 15 minutes away and they had 4 slots available for 11:30 and noon. Once I got there I waited 15 minutes for one person because there system was down. Once I got up there. Apparently the family in front of me got the last 2 spots and 1:30 was the next available. I left immediately because I wasn't going to sit there for hour to an hour an a half with my one year old son. I was telling my husband about around 12:05. I looked on the website and oh look at that 8 SLOTS were available. Either I was lied to or your system needs to be fixed. Anyways. I won't be coming here again. Even if I am in the area. Pros it looked clean. Can't say much...
Read moreI am torn because on one hand, this is one of the larger play cafes in the area.
But the downside is for the cost you only get two hours? Wierd if you want to sustain a CAFE portion of the business at all.
I also find it bizarre how little food for children is for sale here. All they have is Capri suns and bug juice which is chock full of dies that are harmful to the kids with sensory needs they cater to. The rest of the "cafe" is soda and junk food.
They do have a nice store and the days I went they had a lady with a traveling bookstore. Awesome.
One of the pros those seems to be that they allow outside food and just outside is both a food lion and a Starbucks so it isn't like you can't just go buy something before hand.
Really fun to visit but I won't ever be buying a membership there like I do Jungle Jamz or We Rock...
