Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Horrible owner ! No customer service. They advised me 45 minutes . I arrived 1 hour later since they advised they were busy . They told me my pizza was in the oven . I waited 15 minutes more ( now 30 minutes past my initial Estimated time. Again They said it’s in the oven . I watched them pull out over 12 pizzas. It was fine if it wasn’t ready but they kept lying saying it’s in the oven . No aplogies . I asked for manager Which was the owner overlooking and hearing everything i said . .didn’t care . I waited another 5/10 min . Finally the owner slammed the pizzas down didn’t look my way nor aplogized or attempt to acknowledge even after two of the workers went to him . He responded “I’m busy “ . I asked for a refund . He over heared me and out the pizza back on top of the oven. And still never aplogized or have any customer service of acknowledgment!!! Good pizza or not . Customer service is everything and for a owner to listen and not give two cares about the service being provided i woukd never spend another penny in...

The pizza was convenient to order online and on time. That was the only positive experience.

The pizza was so greasy, I could barely hold it without it falling apart. It was so bad, the bottom of the box was completely soaked in grease. It was bad!

I did not plan to write a review, however I was upset after an online survey. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the pizza itself, which was the second time I ordered from this same place (by mistake). I expressed that I would NEVER AGAIN order from this place. I was then sent an email with a $10 OFF coupon for my 'next order'. Although I appreciate the gesture, I feel like they did not listen to my feedback and just threw $10 at me.

I want to be clear, that I will never order a pizza from this place when there are so many other options around. I don't even want a free pizza from you. Sorry, but I'll pass.

This has been one of our neighborhood favorites for many years. I have never been to this restaurant close to closing so maybe that was the issue. I was told my order would be ready in 15-20 mins. I got there in 10. I called to let them know that I was outside and they said my order was ready. I get home (less than 5 mins away) the pizza is cold. The fries are old, stale and dry. I ordered my sub All the Way, there was no L,T,M ,on the sandwich. So I call to speak to the manager. They put one person on the phone, I explain it to her, she puts me on hold then a guy gets on the phone. Instead of the last person explaining to the manager what I had just said, I had to start over. So I explain to the manager my plight and he isn't having any of it. Instead of trying to make his customer happy he tried to defend the food...Im telling him I'm not happy and he didn't care. Just...
