We called an order in for pick up and was told it would be 20 minutes which is understandable, when we went in after 20 minutes they repeatedly told us just one more minute. We waited for our food for an hour after and all they had to say was just a minute more. There was no orders coming through and they did not put our order in until after we had already walked in.
