I had the pleasure of being serviced by Shannon on Dec. 15th. She and another stylist in the shop were both great women with beautiful personalities and humorous conversation. I came in as ready-to-braid and Shannon wasted no time and began my sew-in process (which I LOVED!) My reason for such a low review isnât due to the customer service at all, itâs strictly due to the quality of work.
First, I wasnât given a cape to be sure shedded hair didnât land all over my shirt. I was peeling hair off my showers the entire process. Secondly, she didnât use a net over my braids prior to sewing the weave in. I gave her multiple shades of bundles to blend and she didnât use the one at the top that matched my natural hair color, she used the darker one so now I have to dye my leave-out jet black. Lastly, she made absolutely no effort to touch my leave out to blend or style it for me so that I can walk out of the salon looking I WALKED OUT OF A SALON lol â She just sewed in my 3 bundles and then told me to have a great evening.
In addition.. this shop has always been known to charge only $50 for the type of sew in that Iâve received, that deal is literally painted on their window, but for some reason I was asked to pay $80 this time. I tipped $10 as well. But, this was not a $90 hair salon quality sew-in or experience. I am grateful that I know how to do hair so I can correct and fix things myself, but if youâre someone whoâs looking to have their hair done professionally because you are unable to do your own hair, I would not recommend this salon at all!
Again, beautiful customer service, great attitude, very pleasant and kind women, but my constructive criticism would be I ask that they work on providing the service they themselves would want to receive when spending their hard earned money.

   Read moreDo not go here! The lady who owns the shop cannot do 360 frontals. I wish she would of told us this in advance. I took my daughter to get her hair done for her prom. This was our first experience getting a weave. Period. She ended up shaving too much hair off and the lace showed in the front of her hair horribly. When I asked her about it, she remarked âoh thatâs just the laceâ like it was normal to see. It showed horribly in pictures. We had to do so much hiding of the hair to make it look good and for the amount of money we paid it should have been a good job. Other weaves she did that were not 360âs looked ok. The atmosphere was great but she was rushing and ended up messing up the frontal by shaving way too much off. This was our first experience getting a weave. I'm driving from Langley, I arrived on time, however, the stylist was behind schedule and I was very understanding and waited patiently for over a hour. My hair came out lovely!Today, I had an appt for 330pm. I left Langley at 220pm.I'm running late due to traffic, so I gave a curious call at 330pm and according to my GPS saying I was 15 minutes away from the shop. The stylist going tell me because my appt going to interfere with her next appointment she couldn't do my hair and wanted me to reschedule! Reschedule for what so next day I have the same issue again going to cancelled as well? I was just trying to get two bundles installed so I can travel out of state to attend my son's high...
