Wow ..... what a knowledgeable and professional staff! This was my first experience with Computer Options and they will now be my "go to" company for all my computer issues. I was ditching my 10 year old laptop and moving to a new system. Devin was my primary guide, assisted me in my search for what would suit me, moved all the data from my old computer, resolved multiple complicated printer issues, was patient and gentle with my "freak-out" sessions, never gave up on "sticky" problems that arose due to my non-techy attempts at software installation, and sought help when appropriate.
