My Thai — Restaurant in Chester Township

First off, I might be a little biased because I’ve given this place and people almost 8 years of my life. If you’re looking for somewhere to have good company and even better food, My Thai is the spot. Fernando and Becky are wonderful people that have created a work environment and dining experience that so many enjoy. So be sure to come when the dining room is open again or opt for takeout! The customer service here is top tier.

The food is phenomenal, coming from someone who has traveled many rural and city areas in Thailand. I’d list nearly the whole menu if I could but some of my favorites are Cashew Stir Fry, Gang Garee, Thai Legend Noodles, and Garlic and Pepper.

Few can say they truly enjoyed working in food service so I consider myself lucky that I’m one of them, and it’s all because of the quality people here. I’ll miss the regulars and the little family that was built amongst my coworkers. I’m on to something different but I know that I can always grab one of my favs and it’ll still feel like home. Horrifying experience at My Tai this evening. I treat my family to this restaurant at minimum 5 times per month. We decide to order carry out and get home to a few missing items. Right away we get on the phone to let them know we need to come back and pick up the missing items. Their response was no the cheese rolls were in the bag. We literally were made to feel like liars because they assured me they were in the bag. After a conversation with the owner she said she knew the items were in the bag. Its truly sad that my kids do not get their cheese rolls and we are left feeling like we tried to pull one over on this place. Disgusting establishment, but I think I can partly let the photograph of my "food" speak for itself. This grey overflowing regurgitated looking goop was advertised as a bean sauce with thick completely overcooked noodle and your choice of boiled flavorless protein. It appear some patrons believe the curry dishes to be acceptable but I'd argue the rest of the menu should not be explored. I would choose my fate in the apocalypse rather than consume the ill fortuned vegetables and noodles to be so grossly disrespected if this were the last restaurant on earth.
