My son did a baseball camp for the month of February. Overall the coaches did a great job. It was a little tough for them at times just because of the sheer amount of kids there. Would've been nice to have a little less kids/instructor, I understand this isn't private 1 on 1 lessons, but it seemed a little much. I will say the final day was a makeup and all of the kids didn't show up, it was a much better ratio. My son only had 3 other kids in his group, so they got a little more instructional time. The only other complaint I would have would be that they spent a good portion of the time doing warmup, while I agree they need to stretch and warmup prior to playing, it took a bit of time away from the actual instructional portion. It seemed a little much for 7-8 year olds. With that out of the way, it is an excellent facility and you could tell the coaches really cared. I will definitely be putting my kid in the camps again next winter. He enjoyed it and it kept him thinking baseball throughout the off season. Thank you for putting on a fun and...
Read moreVery Disappointed!!! Not a golfer, but wanted to drive some golf balls with the family. Purchased a large bucket of golf balls and then come to find out they have no right handed drivers. WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! Had I known that, I would of never purchased a bucket of balls. Looks like they’re investing in expanding, but apparently can’t invest in proper clubs!!! Went in to inquire if there were any right handed drivers inside the building and was told there was not. Was told that for the most part, people bring their own clubs. This may be true, however, you might want to inform your customers who are non golfers that proper equipment may not be available and we may need to take our business else where. If people are stealing drivers from the outside bins, here’s an idea…..keep them inside and have people put a small refundable deposit/drivers license, etc down to ensure they are returned. Will not...
Read moreOverall the mini golf here is pretty awesome. Going in April most of the water effects were off but we plan on going when they're on because they looked really cool. We also liked that a couple holes had a part where you could hit the ball into water and had to fish it out. We thought that was a lot of fun.
It wasn't really busy when we went which was nice. We brought our 1 year old, she didn't play but had a lot of fun exploring while we played.
I think a lot of people may see this place as worn down or not well kept. Overall I think this is a nice local place to go and have a bit of fun. Chester is not a tourist area, so to have mini golf right down the road which is decently...
