This was the worst experience Ive had with a restaurant in some time. Ive defended Little Caesars as a decent budget option in the past, but I cant do that in good conscience any longer.
I ordered the new crazy puffs, along with a pepperoni pretzel pizza, and crazy bread with a garlic butter.
I showed up when it said it should be ready, waited 15 min more for notification, and eventually gave up and went inside. The kid at the counter was nice enough, greeted me and when went to look for my order when I asked about it. A few minutes later, he came back with food, and I left. I shouldve checked the box there, but there was a line and didnt want to hold anyone up.
I got home, and opened the pizza, only to see it was not what I ordered. Instead of a pepperoni pretzel pizza with pizza sauce, I got a cheese pizza with cheese sauce. It was basically inedible.
I attempted and failed to eat a slice and threw the rest away. Whoever decided to replace pizza sauce with industrial grade orange "cheese" sauce is a lunatic. And the pepperonis that couldve at least added maybe some kind of different flavor were absent, so it was bland cheese on disgusting cheese sauce, so no bueno.
The crazy puffs were better, but only because they were edible. They were burnt. Not just a little crispy, the exterior was charred, so after ripping off the outer layer, I was able to eat the puffs. They tasted okay. I was expecting something closer to a calzone, with toppings and a sauce on the inside, but it was just toppings so it was kind of dry.
The crazy bread is usually a safe bet, but not this time. They were flavorless and very undercooked. I popped them in the oven to finish cooking, and they were okay.
The garlic butter was gross, but it was the first time I tried it, so I couldnt tell you if it was worse or not. I can say I wouldnt order it again.
So to sum up, I recieved a disgusting pizza that I didnt order, incinerated crazy puffs that failed to live up to expectations, and raw flavorless crazy bread with a gross sauce.
Also, the exterior is shady looking and poorly maintained. It just looks like a slumlord would own it.
I will not come here again, my friends all know to avoid it, and I doubt Ill go to any other Little Caesars...
Read moreThis is an update! Little Cesar's is a great value, and the pizza is good as a chain restaurant. BUT, this location on Ironbridge Rd in Chester has really lowered the bar. THEY SHUT THEIR APP OFF EARLY IN THE EVENING, and they won't answer the phone. That's not a coincidence! They don't want your order; they want to appear closed and to go home. Their lights are dim outside, and they lock the door. Who is running this place? Is the owner aware? Does corporate Little Ceasar's care?
The employees hang out of the window and chat with people. I place app orders, and I am given a pickup time 30 minutes later, only to arrive and sit 25-30 more minutes. Often, you're told to pull to the front off the store and wait, and they will bring out your order, which I was told. When my order was not brought to the car as promised after 23 mins, I got into the drive-thru and waited again. The person at the window was hanging out the window and chatting to someone, and she saw me coming and literally left the window she had been hanging out of. When I got to the window, I sat there watching her avoid coming to the window. Finally, another girl came to attend to me. She could not find my order and asked me if I was at the wrong location. I showed her the app order, which was for that location. She looked on the shelf of ready orders, and there sat my order, now over 1 hr from the placement of the order. How long was it sitting there?? The employees at this location are terrible, and this experience is not unique at this location, unfortunately. There appears to be no management there, or they are poorly trained and don't care. Think twice about Little Ceasar Pizza until they get their act together. They have totally gone downhill since Covid. There is more insolent behavior at this location, I just can't write it all here! You feel like you're an intrusion to their fun rather than grateful to you for patronage and their job. It's a shame, too, because our family likes the pizza from this restaurant chain. Go to 🐔 Chic-fil-A!! They know how to treat...

The quality of the food at Little Caesars exceeded my expectations. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor, just like they promised in their advertisements. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. Each bite was a delight to my taste buds, and I could tell that they used high-quality ingredients in their recipes. It was evident that they take pride in the food they serve, and it truly showed in every bite.
