What a nightmare!!!!!!! Recently moved to VA from across the country, and had been hearing that Wawa's breakfast food is great. This location happened to be closest to us, so my husband and myself decided to stop by this morning for breakfast at ~ 10:15 am. Signage indicated that breakfast is served until 11am. We were unfamiliar with the customer touchscreen to order food, since it was our first ever visit to a Wawa. We both ordered items containing eggs, all the while receiving no recognition or interaction from the employees behind the counter. Upon completion of our order, my husband was told to pay for our food up front, and our food would be ready. As my husband was paying for the items that we ordered I was told that they were out of eggs. Umm.... out of eggs at a convenience store at now 10:20 am on a Sunday - when the menu clearly states breakfast is served until 11am?!?!?! Further, the employees behind the counter made no effort in letting us know that they were out of eggs - or even running low while we were ordering. I stated that they could have let us know while we were ordering and was told that it was my fault because we took too long ordering. Really?! Lousy customer service. To top it all off - one of the employees behind the counter was loudly and rudely giggling and laughing about the whole thing - and reiterating about and making fun of how long we took to order. Paid with debit card, and now we'll have to wait 3-7 days for our $20 'non-breakfast' to be refunded back to our bank account- because the employees couldn't communicate with us about low product while we were ordering. People unfamiliar with Wawa, take heed at this store - you'll be insulted and laughed at if you don't know 'the system'. We'll never go back to this store - so rude and unprofessional. We'll try a different location. My husband complained to the manager and the manager didn't even do anything - simply unacceptable. By far the worst customer...

Ordered over 40.00 of food and will never again. Cheeseburger was ketchup, pickles and lettuce. Came loaded with mustard and my grandson wouldn’t eat it. No requested honey mustard with chicken strips, roasted veggie hoagie was not toasted as requested and literally had 4 very thin slices of zucchini and a couple onions so it was basically a cold piece of bread. Other items were fine. They weren’t busy at all and it’s just such an aggravation to have so many quality issues. Should have just gone to Little Caesars...
