While they do have a great selection of cards, the lady told me I had to pay tax on a FREE coupon. Not sure if they are trying to nickel and dime or take advantage of me but this was the first time I have ever heard of that policy. I checked the fine print of the entire email and there was nothing in regards to tax on a free item. (Reading the fine print is essential when redeeming coupons, after all.) I told the lady my findings and she rolled her eyes and insinuated that I must have done something illegal to not pay tax on a free coupon at the Palmer Park location when I redeemed the coupon last month. She made me feel uncomfortable when I questioned her as if I challenged her superiority.
