Every single time I give this place a second, third, fourth chance, they let me down. They do whatever they want with your nails. I've shown them pictures, been very specific in my instructions, it doesn't matter. Then if you ask them to redo what they did wrong they're extremely rude and act like what they are doing is the right way, even if its nothing like what youve asked for. I couldn't get in anywhere else today. So, I decided a pedicure would be safe, just wouldn't let them touch my nails. The girl doing the pedicure asked me what I wanted she told me the price I accepted the price. She didn't do a very good job with the pedicure my toe nails are definitely not straight across they're on an angle I will need to fix them. The "massage with hot stones" I paid extra for was started but she never brought the hot stones over, and it wasn't a very good massage so I cut it short. I don't mind paying high prices for anything of good quality. I tip very well for good service. I got to the desk and my price was double what I was told it would be. So now not only did I not receive the hot stone massage I'm paying extra for, but they tacked on almost 20 dollars at the end. I brought up the massage not happening and once again she was rude and brushed me off. I just paid and left. Yes I even still tipped, just half what I normally would have. I've finally learned my lesson for good, I will not be stepping foot in that salon ever again. Also, be warned, they butcher eye brows. Mine haven't grown back the same from going there a year ago for eyebrows. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. It's my birthday as well lol happy birthday to me! Rude and rushed service, especially for how expensive it is was. Went in to get long acrylics tips, the lady who did my nails was ig the owner because every two minutes she would get up to go to the register or answer the phone while doing my nails which is fine I guess but it ended up taking more time than it should so she rushed through it. One tip that she put on was way smaller than my actual nail and when I told her about it she just yanked it off… another nail she didn’t shape all the way because she would lose track of where she left off cuz she would get up every few mins. The worst part is when she did the design she only did one layer so it was very sheer and looked unfinished . When I mentioned it to her she huffed and puffed and started yelling something in her language and said she’s doing another design for free.. no girl you’re doing one design the right way not the bare minimum. Also she cut my cuticles twice. Don’t come here to get tips done unless you wanna pay a ridiculous amount...

So I went there a week ago the “best” lady did my nails. But since I got them done a week ago one is cracked, one the tip fell off, and one is completely off not to mention they all look like they’re at least 3 weeks old🤬 they weren’t cheap. This is the second time I’ve had issues. Ivy is the only one who gets them done nice and correctly.

The lady who runs the store is so rude. I love Ivy though. I’ve been going there for a little over a year I’ve had issues with the lady before but I’m only 16 and pay the full amount I brought cash I had my card but I don’t like using it so my total was $98 I brought that. The lady said you had two girls I got a mani pedi I only had $4 left in cash once again I’m their every month so I said I’ll pay next month I have the girls $2 each it wasn’t ideal but I had nothing else the manager said we don’t do it that way like she was very angry.
