I was forced to give at least one star. I have had several bad experiences with this place , the food, the service, and the management. On Friday, May 5th 2017, went for lunch. We ordered the meatloaf, mashed potatoes , and cole slaw. Result?- I swear to you, you just can't make this stuff up...The meatloaf smelled like a wet dog, very funky and sour. It tasted like it was baked in a gym sock. The mashed potatoes were stale and hard and tasted like they were uncovered in the fridge. The cole slaw was very watery and smelled moldy. I asked the waitress to taste it, she took a bite if the meatloaf, and she spit it out and said it was gross. I got so ill from eating a few bites of that disgusting meatloaf. I had explosive diarrhea and stomach cramps. My prior visit?...ordered a shrimp po boy sandwich with remoulade sauce. It came to the table with no sauce in a stale hotdog bun. I asked where the remoulade sauce was? the waitress didn't know the menu, i asked to speak to the manager who asked what remoulade sauce is. The cook is not a cook at all, and when you have a complaint, they say no one is there except the Mexican guy who washes dishes. The Owner.Manager is an angry Arab guy who doesn't have a clue about the menu or care about food quality. He has no clue what the food on the menu should taste like and spends more time hollering at people on his cell phone in Arabic. They get new waitresses all the time, they can't keep decent help. And the grounds and building are dirty. The flower boxes now hold piles of cigarette butts, no flowers, the tables and flatware, dishes are dirty. I feel sad because a year ago, I was going there for breakfast daily while I was working on renovating my house nearby. It was okay breakfast, but it went so downhill in a year. On another visit, I ordered the gyro omelette . It looked like a plain omelette a few cupcake sprinkles of meat in it. Nothing like it should have been. I will NEVER eat at...

The place was a nice quiet spot to grab a bite. The people there are wonderful. Was such a nice refreshing change after living in the Lehigh Valley for 13 years and going to constantly over-busy places there.
I don’t remember my waitress’s name, but she was wonderful and attentive. My coffee cup was never empty, and she was able to do a custom order for the kiddo, no questions asked.
The ladies here, at their own expense, even went and used the toy machine in the back and gave my daughter a wonderful gift that she cherishes to this day!!
It reminded me of the little diner I frequented in my hometown all those years ago, and it was a nice visit. Was never rushed out so they could fill the seat again, even after I paid the tab. I was given more coffee and allowed to take my time and enjoy my day with the kiddo.
I’ll be visiting again soon, and I’d love to have my wife join me. Everyone here was so nice. Next visit can’t come soon enough!!
PS, get the “Double Play”, you...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Went for breakfast with some family (8 people total, 4 adults and 4 children aged 7 and younger). We walked in and no one said a word to us as we stood there waiting. Then one lady asked how many and we said 8, she said there was a table in the back. There was someone we knew so myself and my sister-in-law were saying hi to her and the lady said you can go sit down in a very rude and angry tone. We walked back to the table and sat down. It took about 20 minutes before anyone came over to get our drink order. We ordered our drinks and about 15 minutes later someone came to take our order (still no drinks, we were told they are coming). We got our drinks about 10 minutes before we got our food. The food was horrible. It was bland, some was burnt. It was busy so we expected a little wait but as we watched people get seated after us and get drinks and food before us we realized that busy had nothing to do with it. Not once did anyone even come by to ask if we needed anything or if everything came out okay. We paid, left, and got breakfast somewhere else. Never again...
