Got the combo A, which comes with detailed head massage/hair washing, basic facial cleaning, neck/back massage and foot exfoliation. Personally prefers firm pressure massages which my masseuse did a great job hitting all my pressure points with perfect strength. I LOVE when she covered my eyes with the disposable face towel and started the waterfall on it while putting the hood over with the steam 😍felt soooo nice especially during the cold.

My scalp feels so clean after the signature head and scalp cleanse. I liked the ambiance and mood they set. It was really relaxing. My technician was very professional and did a great job with the cleanse and the massage. She really got in there with my top back knots!
