So glad I came here, highly recommend!! I got the bubble waffle with ice cream and it made me feel like a little kid with how excited I was seeing them make it. The waffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and had a nice flavor on its own - not too aggressive but definitely not bland. Parts of the waffle even stayed warm after the ice cream was added, which was a great surprise. For those who might be worried about ice cream leaking out the bottom of the waffle, don’t worry! The cup they provide is very sturdy and didn’t leak even when a bit of melted ice cream had pooled in the bottom. The French vanilla ice cream I got was great, and my dad liked the sea salt and caramel flavor as well.

Some reviewers said that the drinks are too sweet, but my mom (who doesn’t like things to be too sweet) had the oolong milk tea with lychee popping boba at 50% sugar and loved it. You can also even go down to 0% sugar if that is still too sweet for you, or up to 120% if you’re a sugar addict like me lol

And of course I have to mention the cute animal decoration you can add to the ice cream! You don’t have to get the “correct color” ice cream flavor- i.e. my dad could have the frog decoration even with the beige sea salt and caramel gelato, he didn’t have to get the green pistachio flavor.

We had a fantastic experience at ParTea! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to make sure we had a great visit. Their kindness and efficiency truly stood out.

As for the treats—everything was absolutely delicious! The hot chocolate was rich and comforting, while the Strawberry Yogurt was refreshingly smooth. The Rose Lychee Jasmine Green Tea had a beautifully delicate floral flavor, making it a must-try for tea lovers.

The desserts were just as impressive. The Cheese Bubble Waffle was a delightful balance of crispy and cheesy goodness, and the Smiling Egg Waffles (4 pcs) were adorable and perfectly cooked. We also loved the strawberry bubble waffle, which was both visually stunning and delicious. And to top it all off, the Dark Chocolate Gelato cute character ice cream was not only adorable but also rich and indulgent.

You can park for free at the first or second level parking. Parking spaces are first come, first serve. When it gets busy, parking spots are very limited. Parking is also VERY tight, so if you decide to drive a truck or a bigger SUV, you will struggle to find a parking spot or to maneuver around the parking lot.

It's a great spot to satisfy your dessert and sweet tooth. The ice creams are pretty fun and cute to look at. Definitely not exactly like what is shown in the pictures but close enough. Major props to the workers for doing what they can. Workers were also very nice, helpful, and patient!

The drinks were very well made and weren't too sugary. You can customize what you want in your drink by using the standing kiosk. The ice cream we got started to melt as the inside was pretty humid, but thankfully, it didn't melt immediately.

The space inside is a bit tight. We had a group of 7 people, and we already took up nearly 1/3 of the space inside. So, if you don't like tight spaces, get your order, and you can wait outside and enjoy the Chicago traffic because this spot is...
