Hunan Grill 湖南烧烤 — Restaurant in Chicago

I went yesterday, and it was amazing! The food was not only delicious but super authentic, just like the flavors you'd expect from Hunan-style cooking. The BBQ skewers were a great start—well-seasoned and grilled perfectly. But the highlight was the grilled fish. It came in a big dish with a flavorful, spicy broth full of vegetables and chilies. The fish was cooked just right, tender and full of flavor, soaking up all those spices. The portions were huge! Every dish we ordered was big enough to share, so it’s definitely great for a group or if you’re really hungry. You’ll get your money’s worth for sure.

My girlfriend and I went for the second time yesterday. We've been to a couple skewer places in Chinatown, and as of now Hunan Grill is my favorite. I think the quality of the meats and spices are better than some other spots. I've never been to Hunan, so I'm not sure how authentic it is, but either way the flavors and taste are amazing. They are a bit pricer, but I think it's completely worth it! It's also BYOB! It's also more of a self-service type experince, you order and pay on your phone, which I think is pretty convenient.

I just seriously would stop coming here, I used to come here at least 3 times a month. But recently, food came up hella slow and they missed several of my stuff for at least twice. Ordered none spicy but it still comes with spicy, in that case I believe you should take out the choice of no spicy. When I asked the server about my food, she was simply just being dishonest, and give me a feeling that she think we are lying to her about it and we had it.
