I had one of the worst customer service experiences with the pharmacist at this location. I spent over an hour on hold trying to reach the pharmacy, only for the staff specifically an employee named Kai to repeatedly pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I know this because I was still calling while I walked into the store, and I witnessed them do it with my own eyes.
When I confronted the issue in person, I spoke with a supervisor who only made the situation worse; AJ. Instead of taking me to a private area or even speaking discreetly, she forced me to recite my full personal information name, date of birth, phone number, and medication details out loud at the counter, with other customers around. This was a complete violation of my privacy and incredibly disrespectful.
This experience made me feel not only ignored but also completely dehumanized and unprotected in a healthcare setting. For a pharmacy that handles sensitive personal and medical information, this level of disregard for customer care and confidentiality is beyond disappointing. Walgreens needs to seriously evaluate how its staff is trained and how customers are treated, both over the phone and in-store.

Read moreHorrible experience. I tried filling a prescription before my trip and it was delayed and naturally didn't get filled until the Monday that I left. I figured I would get it when I got back, and I came in Sunday morning as soon as I was back and the pharmacy was completely closed which it does not mention online. That was extremely frustrating but I figured I would get it the next day (Monday). Today (Monday) I get a text saying they'll hold my prescription 5 more days. I was planning on getting it this afternoon after some work meetings when suddenly I get a text that my order was cancelled. I called and they gave my medicine to someone else? I have never heard of this being done and cannot fathom why I would get notified that my prescription is being held and then an hour later it is given away? I really need this and attempted to get it but was unable to pick it up due to the closure. Now I can't get a medicine I really need until tomorrow....
Read moreHorrible customer service. I was forced to transfer my prescriptions here for insurance reasons. I had to be out of state the next day so i wanted to solve the transfer same day. I had the phone hung up on me 5 times (literally, I counted) until I could actually could speak to a human in the pharmacy. After that, I was told I needed to wait several hours until the prescriptions were ready. I was repeated this ETA during two different phone calls. Since I needed to travel later that day & one of the meds was an urgent refill, I literally just waited around outside their pharmacy for 3 hours.
When I came in at the hour i was given, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. When I brought up I've already been waiting around multiple hours, I was rudely dismissed. As I'm writting this, im still stuck in the Walgreens, yet again, still waiting for the prescriptions so I can...
