I am so impressed with my piercing experience with Gladys! She is so knowledgeable, kind, gentle, encouraging, and just such a light to be around! She pierced a sweet baby’s ears before I went to her studio, and she was so kind to the little girl, and made her feel so comfortable. She left the room gushing about how much she loves her earrings. I was already so impressed. I went back and got my nose and second lobe piercing, and she was wonderful. Encouraging, kind, gentle, and any and ever other kind adjective there is. I CANNOT recommend her enough! If I could give her 100 stars I would. I will never go anywhere else, and I will tell my friends and family to see Gladys also ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕truly an angel...

I can assure you from the moment you walk in the door you will be greeted with a lovely cheerful voice and huge smile. The studio is decorated in such beautiful art it’s hard to not get lost in it while you wait …. Which is never long might I add. Christina is very gentle, knowledgeable, kind, and will answer all your questions as well as keep your nerves calm if you’re a anxious little bird. She is thorough and reliable. I had my nose pierced on Saturday and the piercer, Gladys, was absolutely amazing. She alleviated my fears and made me feel super comfortable. It was quick and virtually painless. I did stand up front by the counter for a hot minute waiting to be acknowledged by staff while they were sitting around and when I finally spoke up and said I was here to get pierced one of the employees (very nice lady but she was still the only one that acknowledged me..) told me she thought someone had already spoken to me and I was quickly brought back for my piercing.
