Wow, where do I begin. I decided to purchase a washing machine. Everything was great when I spent the time over the phone to get pricing, options, payment options, and delivery date. The sales reps (I spoke to several during the course of 3 days) were so helpful. I explained that I'm very busy due to my work schedule and if I needed to come into the store to sign paperwork, I gladly would. Well, delivery day comes and as I set the expectation with Aarons., I wouldn't be hone, however my fiance would be. So today's delivery day, my fiance calls me really upset telling me that Aaron's is refusing to bring the washing machine inside since I wasn't home to sign papers. Now I understand the whole process of getting the account holder to sign papers, but in this situation, I asked them BEFORE delivery day if I needed to sign papers and also made sure I didn't need to be home, and the answers from several different employees were that I didn't need to sign or be home since my fiance name was on the agreement also. So, I told my fiance to tell them to keep it, take it back. I called the store and spoke to a very rude manager that went by the name "Junior", he explained his policy as a manager should (a typical corporate puppet that might as well be a robot). I plead with him, and explained that I was assured i didn't need to sign papers or be home at the time of delivery, he didn't care. I told him I would explain my unhappiness with him and the corporation he represents on Facebook... This is where it gets good, so hang on to your seat... He cautioned me that Aarons has, and will file a slander lawsuit against people placing reviews on social media. I'm not a person that takes well to threats, especially when I'm just trying to understand why I was lied to mlby a company I was intending to do business with. He also told me that the reps did exactly what reps do.... "Gain the agreement"!! I won't even go over how I responded to that statement. I also paid 30 some odd dollars to get the washing machine delivered. I asked Mr "Junior" when I can get my money refunded. He tells me that the decision is up to the district manager, who apparently doesn't work tomorrow, or the weekends EVER, and nothing can be done till Monday as far as issuing a credit, and after that actually happens it could take up to 14 days to "Process". So keep the 30.00, I don't need it. Go ahead file a lawsuit against me. But I strongly urge people NOT to do business...

Bought a Nintendo switch light from them for my grandson for Christmas and before my last 2 payments where made he accidentally dropped it on hard floor. I couldn't get it to come back on and finally did. Called them and took it back in to have it fixed . Was told by the guy it was probably something internal but his exact words were it would be like taking a ball bat to a new refrigerator. They sent it to be repaired and when I called after it was sent to wherever they said it was the screen and wanted a $174.00 to fix it and it was under warranty but he said I didn't have insurance on it . I wasn't offered insurance on it and I have the paperwork what all it says. It already had cost me $450.36 for it. I'm going to get a hold of there corporate office Monday because it was still under warranty. And then I'll go...
Read moreI have had the worst experience with this place! Can't wait to pay off what I owe and move on, it's definitely been a nightmare experience. They need to work on their customer service, slow down and pay attention to their valued customers NEEDS. Also, their EZ Pay system needs some work and they need to work on their contracts. Told them I'd like to pay weekly and opted in for auto pay somehow they have it in their system as bi-weekly so every week I pay EARLY so I'm able to adjust the actual weekly price they refuse to fix this issue and then they give you an attitude, tell you your wrong and want you to pay extra and sometimes we even get hung up on. I like to feel secure in all aspects of life and this place always has me feeling on edge like whats the problem going to be next time?!....not ok. Don't feel secure.
