I've always received quality service from the staff,' and never felt like I was being cheated in the price I received "Lol always room for little haggling"..But always comfortable that it was receiving fair market value researched by whatever staff i was doing my business with.. Through the years I've established cordial friendships with staff at AJ's, and Because of my years doing business with AJ's I am acquainted with certain long-term employees such as "Wayne", who I believe to be part of management, and if he isn't he definitely needs to be. I hardly leave any review but I have to leave my review for this wonderful pawn shop. I go here whenever I need emergency funds to pawn my marriage ring which is heartbreaking to think about it but the owner and his employees are so sweet and caring for their customers, the customers return to the shop. They sometimes lend out more money to me than the value of my item allowed. This is my one and only favorite pawn shop to go to get emergency funds. Also, they were so professional, making sure that the jewelry did not get any scratches, storing it in a mini envelope. Honestly one of the very few good pawn shops. I'll try and make this as short and concise as possible. First off everyone there is friendly and professional. They will work with you in all aspects. I say this because I have done just about everything from getting a loan, to selling items, to putting things on layaway. They will work with you and give you more opportunities than any other pawn shop I have been to. Aside from that they truly are fair with their prices and give you top dollar whether your selling or getting a loan on an item. I usually work with Victor but have worked with just about all of them and always walk away knowing I truly got the best deal.
