Cardenas Markets — Local services in Chino

Came to this Cardenas market the other day in the morning and let me say what a great store...sure its smaller compare to the other Cardenas I've been to but I found everything I was looking for... the isle very clean and stocked..even had some help from a gentleman stocking products, went out of his way to help me search for the item excellent customer service...went in just to buy few items but came out with more than what I was expecting just cause they were able to help me... would...

let me start of by saying the customer service i experienced was fantastic.. got greeted with morning. first time coming to this market and i didnt know where some items i was looking for where this young man asked if i needed help took us all the way to where the item was located.. saw him again this time was in the front bagging.. bagged my groceries for me and even helped me take 4 packs of water to my car... Had a terrible experience at the meat department had asked the lady for a couple pounds of meat and instantly she had rolled her eyes at me like I was a bother to her and every time I wanted something else she just had a tone with me felt like I was a bother for her (take in mind I was getting stuff together for Mother’s Day and had my wife with me and made her feel like she was a bother to the meat department lady) hopefully nobody else has an experience like...
