I was looking for SOLID WOOD furniture on OFFERUP for my bedroom, OFFERUP is an app where people sells new and used items. I found many places but all of them had only COMPRESSED WOOD furniture, I contacted Carmen thru OFFERUP and asked if the furniture was SOLID WOOD and she said YES, I asked for the price it was expensive around 2,000.00 USD but I understood because it was “SOLID WOOD”, I decided to finance the furniture I WAS APPROVED FOR 5,000.00 USD. We completed the purchase, after I signed Carmen told me that she only had 7 out of the 9 items she gave me those 7 items, 1 night stand, 1 dresser, 1 mirror, 1 tall chest, 1 comfort, 2 lamps, she was missing only the bed frame and 1 night stand, she told me the furniture where coming on 3 days. I took the furniture home, it was 1 hour drive from my home to her business. I arrived home, I opened the tall chest and it was all broken from the inside I opened the dresser and I found out it was COMPRESSED WOOD I checked all the furniture, all of them where made with COMPRESSED WOOD, I contacted her because she didn’t gave me SOLID WOOD and I felt fooled when she told me; It’s COMPRESSED WOOD, if you want SOLID WOOD it will cost you around 5,000.00 USD, I told her that I can find that furniture 2 blocks away from home for 1,000.00 USD that I drove 1 hour away because she told me it was SOLID WOOD. She told me there is no way I can find SOLID WOOD FURNITURE for 2,000.00 USD I decided to keep this furniture. I took the broken tall chest to her business, she told me that she was going to get me a new one It has been 3 months one week and she still don’t have my furniture, the bed frame, night stand and the tall chest. I contacted the finance company to get help to recover the furniture or the money but we still having trouble to reach an agreement. CARMEN DOESNT COOPERATE, I wanted to cancel the items that she didn’t gave me,but she is asking me for 20% RESTOCKING FEE, I don’t think that’s fair. She don’t want to refund the items that I haven’t...

If i can give zero stars i would. Horrible customer service overall, and Bed frame i received was not what i wanted. To start off, Carmen was very push to make sale so i gave this business a chance thinking i was gonna be satisfied with what i was purchasing and i WAS NOT. I was told that the items i wanted were there and in stock to pick up right away. Once i was approved for my items she came out with the excuse that the bed frame i wanted wasn't in stock after all, neither was the mattress i was getting sold so she told me to choose something different and i was willing to change my decision on the item thinking i was gonna get what i wanted. She then gave me a date that the items would arrive at the store and i went out of my way and made arrangements with a friends truck to be able to pick up the stuff on the date i was promised the stuff would get there. Which was a total waste of my time!!!! she then proceeded to say it didn't end up getting there. i still gave it a few more days to see if the items would get there, she then still proceeded to give me the same run around that it wasn't there. she offered free delivery for the delay and i still gave her the benefit of the doubt that i would received everything in a timely manner and still didn't receive anything by the next date she gave me! I finally got the delivery over a week later, and it was not the same as the picture that i was promised in exchange for her not having the original bed frame i wanted. I'm very unsatisfied she was rude and tried to shut me up by saying "listen to me and what i have to say" , when i called to ask about the color difference in the product that i was promised and shown in store. Don't waste ur time or money...

Don’t wast your time. The “store” barely holds a full-sized sectional couch and their customer service is terrible. There were two women working and the younger one is awfully rude. She did not want to give me an estimate, she said she needed to contact the company they order from (Coaster Furniture). They continued to try to sell me a “floor sample” that was not on the floor but “in storage”. They said the light grey couch is pretty much the same as the darker grey sectional except for the material, the storage capabilities, the height, etc. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to agree to purchase a “floor sample” without ever actually viewing it. Their products are not good quality, the fabric is scratchy and the “down-fill” was actually just cotton cushion which I discovered when I unzipped the cover. I found them on offerup and I am disappointed that there was not a previous review to warn me. [update] They eventually text me that they would sell me an 8-piece sectional for $3,299 or a 9-piece sectional for the same price. My advice is stay away from this business and...
