I purchased an Omnia leather sofa, and have been Satisfied with the comfort, However, the warranty is no good.. I had the sofa delivered in June 2023, At the time the quality seemed fabulous, comfortable cushions, and they are still comfortable to this day. The problem is the color began to fade on the cushions six months after purchase, and the company wonāt honor their color warranty. So I have cushions that are a lighter color than the main part of the sofa, which looks awkward. Like with other reviewers, the company had me contact the business I bought them from Leathershowroom.com, they gave me the same runaround, said that itās normal. Well, Iāve had lots of leather sofas in my lifetime and itās not normal for them to change color. I would also like to point out that Iāve rotated the cushions on a regular basis, Iām a single person and donāt have many visitors, Iāve also used their very expensive leather Conditioner conditioner.
