Balloon Haven — Local services in Chino

What a life saver Balloon Haven is! We purchased one of those birthday kits on Amazon and had no idea how we were going to blow up 70 balloons in a short period of time (3 days). I have no idea how to create bouquets or arches so I was in full panic mode. I found this store and they were super nice. They turned all our balloons into 3 beautifully crafted bouquets, and they had a fast turnaround time. They were clear on the pricing and even had delivery available in my area. They gave us a delivery window the day before the party, and arrived on the earlier side of the delivery window which we appreciated. The balloon bouquets were a perfect touch to my baby's 1st birthday party. We got lots of compliments on them. Customer service is almost nonexistent I called one day to get some quotes and maybe some pictures of different types of stands with balloons I was told they would be emailed to me never received them actually drove to the location talked to one of the guys then he went away as I was I standing there not knowing if he was gonna come back and take care of the questions that I had. I left my email address with a coworker there and then checked my emails hours later still nothing I guess you’re too busy for business!...

The Balloon bouquet was delivered the next morning looking identical to the picture online! The lady that answered was helpful and made me feel absolutely comfortable with everything.
