Horrible Customer Service!! I first heard of this hall, because I went to a wedding here. The place is huge, it fits 500. When I wanted to inquire about the place there was only one number to call. Lisa only picks up Tuesday-Friday 2-5pm. I called multiple times and had no luck, the voicemail is FULL so you can't leave messages -- I sent several e-mails to try to get in contact with someone. I finally reached her and set up a time to go over the contract. When it was time to pay the deposit she made herself available. The day of the event everything was almost ok except that I had to pay for 4 guards and only 3 showed up. The guards were slow about turning the AC on and refilling the paper towels and toilet paper. Worst part is the damn guards stole 6 of our bottles at the end of the night!! I contacted her letting her know and again no answer or reply to e-mails. I wanted to get my deposit back and that literally took 3 MONTHS!!! I had to drive to Chino from LA 4 times to get some update since I couldn't leave a voicemail and she would not reply to e-mail!!
