Honestly until recently I’ve never had a bad experience here, every time we come here we choose what we want and the clerk keeps the products at the register for us and with that in mind, I came with my girlfriend and the employee (Maricela) was helpful and treated us well in the beginning. We left the cartridges we chose on the counter and continued to look around, when it was time to pay, she looks at my girlfriend and with a firm tone asks her “are you gonna pay for yours”, we were confused by the question and my girl responded “yes” (obviously) and then she says “well can I have it?” My girl said “I left it on the counter” (as procedure in all dispensaries u don’t walk around with the products in your hands they are held at the register) she proceeds to sigh and looks at us as if we were lying and trying to steal. She says “it’ll be a second”, then proceeds to pull her phone out with a huge frown in her face holds us at the cash register for a while, then she finally proceeds to pull the cartridge and charge us still with a very upset and confrontational demeanor. Doesn’t say thank you or anything and stays quiet. We don’t plan on coming back if they are gonna treat their costumers like thieves we’ve been coming here for a while and it’s very sad and upsetting to be treated like a thief for a...

I've been coming here for the last few years and buying pretty much the same thing every time I go in. I always go mornings for the morning crew that I think are the best employees there. Every time I go, I buy a Classics Rosin vape cartridge. When I first went there, it was $40. Over the past few months it's been getting more and more expensive. I paid $55 a few weeks ago for one. This past Tuesday, I paid $65 for one. That was with a veteran discount that has apparently been lowered. Don't know if it's a new manager or owner, or what? But the prices have gotten ridiculous and I think it's time to find a new dispensary that takes care of their regulars. I hope you guys get your pricing back under control. But, until then, I'll find a more reasonable shop. Update: I went to a place called Welgreens in Chula Vista. Veteran discount was 30% and they gave me a 50% off for first time. Ed. What a gem they have with Ed. I can't sing his praises enough. He was so kind, gracious, and most importantly, informational. He gave us a lot of context and background for all strains and dispensaries we were interested in buying. He also listened when we talked about what we liked and didn't like and offered phenomenal choices for us to choose from. He then went over and beyond and just offered us quality advice on what pieces to buy even though he wouldn't profit from the sale because their company didn't sell it. He just genuinely wanted us to enjoy the cannabis we bought, and I greatly appreciate him. Not only was the customer service phenomenal but the weed was pretty dang amazing as well.
